- Eat after eating raw vegetables, which absorbs the fat.
- Always read the label before you eat something.
- Remember if you want to eat, if you really want to be fat again.
- Buy or make a pro-ana bracelet. This supports you as you go through a difficult time, and everytime you see it you know what you are doing.
- Get an aversion to food. watch your favorite food and say 'that's disgusting'
- When people ask why you have eaten nothing then say: 'I have eaten anyway, didn't you see? "
- Eat only when there are other people around you
- Go to the kitchen and clutter in lots of cabinets, people will think you're eating.
- Don't talk too much about lines and calories etc, they quickly suspect something.
- Wear wide clothes.
- Put your belly out as friends or family start to look werid at you.

- Wear patches on your knuckles, if your parents see teeth marks, they know immediately that you throw up
- If you are running, say that you do it to relax.
- Sleep more than 6 hours per day. otherwise slow your metabolism 15%
- When you eat, eat spicy foods that burn a lot of calories.
- Always eat as slowly as possible, take a small bite and chew it at least 20 times.
- Look much in fashion magazines, by seeing the thin models  you know why you do all this.
- Eat before you vomit some ice and drink some diet coke, then it's easier to vomit

- If vomiting with 1 finger does not work, try it with 2 fingers.
- If you get hungry go do something, for example, visit some pro-ana sites
- Count to hundred before you put something in your mouth. by that time you are usually contemplating
- A binge may be due to fatigue. feel one coming on, then go and  take a nap.
- Drink 1 glass Diet Coke really fast, it contains almost no calories and you get stomach ache.
- Make sure you busy and you will not get bored. usually you eat out of boredom.
